Food supplements are not intended as a replacement for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended that 2 capsules a day of testhim m+ is only taken for 6 months. After 6 months it is recommended to either lower the dose to 1 capsule a day or to take a break for 2 - 3 months. Testing of seminal oxidative stress is recommended to ensure patients achieve the correct balance of antioxidant supplementation. Please take one capsule with plenty of water twice daily, preferentially in the morning and in the evening. Capsules can be easily opened allowing you to mix the contents in water or juice if preferred. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
